Transitioning into academia, Dr. Miskiewicz became an esteemed adjunct professor at Montclair State University. Her contributions were particularly significant within the Masters of Educational Leadership program, where she shared her expertise. Her strengths are centered around curriculum development and educational leadership. She demonstrated her commitment by guiding and mentoring student interns, assisting them in honing their skills for roles as supervisors, principals, and superintendents.
In these interactions, she honed her ability to cultivate each student’s distinctive leadership style, aligning it with their personality and specialization. Presently, Dr. Miskiewicz actively volunteers as a Special Education Advocate, lending assistance to parents grappling with the challenges of providing specialized education for their children.
Aditi Gandhi is a Marlboro mother of two who cherishes every moment with her children and is a skillful account manager in the ever-evolving world of medical communications. Her daily journey is one of dedication and compassion as she balances the intricate demands of her career in big pharma, specializing in oncology and rare diseases, with a heartfelt desire to nurture.Aditi’s passion for children’s growth and well-being extends far beyond her own home. A dedicated volunteer PTO mom, enthusiastic class mom, and a stalwart volunteer for all PTO activities, she is a fervent advocate for enhancing the educational journey of every child in the community, aiming to create a brighter and more promising future for all. Aditi understands the challenges families face and is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families alike.
As a member of the Marlboro Township Public Schools Board of Education, Aditi will leverage her incredible resilience, adaptability, and unbreakable advocacy for family values to ensure that our school system remains the best in the State. With her strong volunteer involvement in the PTO and her hands-on approach as a class mom, she will be a dedicated leader who truly comprehends the needs of our community and is committed to driving positive change.
As a proud father of two, Chad is grateful to live in this wonderful community. Chad and his wife have the utmost respect for the role that Marlboro Township Public Schools, its teachers, administrators, and staff, have played in their children’s lives.
His goal for Marlboro Township Public Schools is simple: To retain our reputation as one of the best school systems in New Jersey. Chad believes we can do that by working together and putting focus back on our children and education.
Chad has been a student mentor and advocate for over a decade. In 2023, he was the recipient of the West Virginia University Commitment to Service award for his role in mentoring and supporting students.
As a vocal advocate for students and a strong proponent of public schools, Chad will use his voice and skills to ensure that this community continues to provide our students with the quality education they deserve, in a fiscally responsible way. Public schools provide students with the foundation they need to become successful adults, and it’s incumbent upon us to secure that foundation for current students, and those that follow.
As a member of the Marlboro Township Board of Education, Chad will focus his attention on meeting the educational needs of our students, using the skills learned throughout his career and volunteer service. He is an accomplished professional with 23 years of experience in the healthcare communications and marketing field, where he is recognized as a proven leader who demonstrates rational thinking skills, effective team building and organizational growth. Chad looks forward to bringing his skills to the table in service to Marlboro students and their families.
